Nikon HB-37 Bayonet Lens Hood

This hood clicks on with a satisfying turn and stays rock-solid—no wobble even when I'm swinging the lens around. It's made a real difference cutting glare on sunny days with the 55-200mm, and the bayonet mount makes swapping it on and off a five-second job.

I was shooting at a crowded outdoor market and this little hood made a huge difference cutting down lens flare—snaps right on securely and stays rigid.

I was worried stray light would ruin my outdoor shots, but this hood snugly blocks side glare and bayonets on in seconds. It feels sturdy and perfectly matched to the 55-200mm VR lens.
