The padded bottom gives me real peace of mind when I set the bag down on rough ground, and the side pockets are perfect for a spare battery and lens cap. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and everything stays snug and organized.

The lid opens away from my body, so I can grab the camera without pulling the whole bag around—huge when I’m hiking. The two side zippered pockets fit spare batteries and a lens cloth perfectly. Feels solid on the strap, and the DSLR with kit lens drops in without any wrestling.
