CW General Product Price Adjustment

Finally got the refund processed within two business days, exactly as the policy states. I was worried about sending in the receipt but the online form made it painless. Saved me twenty bucks on a lens I'd bought last week.

Submitted a price adjustment request through the general item listing and got confirmation back within about 20 minutes. The interface was straightforward, just had to enter the order number and new price—no hassle at all. Saved me a decent chunk on my camera gear purchase.

The whole process took maybe ten minutes, and the credited amount showed up in my account by the next morning. The listing’s “Best Seller” tag actually makes sense when you see how quick the turnaround is.
