Yashica Kyocera R-3 Remote Control

Finally, a remote that actually works with my old film camera without any fuss. The infrared signal is reliable even from across the room, and it’s small enough to drop in a pocket and forget about until you need it. Glad I grabbed it for those self-timer shots.

The infrared signal range is just right for triggering my camera from across the room during self-portraits. No more running back and forth to press the shutter.

Took it out for a shoot this weekend and the infrared signal worked from across the room, even through a window. No lag on the shutter release, which is exactly what you want for a film camera.
