Dedicated to the Leica D-Lux 8, D-Lux 7, and D-Lux (Typ 109) digital cameras, this black Auto Lens Cap is used to protect your camera's lens when not in use. Its "automatic" design opens and closes as the lens retracts and extends, meaning the cap never has to be removed from the lens.

Steven U. ★★★★★

I was worried the auto feature might feel flimsy, but the mechanism is smooth and reliable even after a month of daily use. It clicks on securely and opens automatically when I power up the camera—no more fumbling with a manual cap.

Madison ★★★★★

Fits perfectly on my D-Lux 7 and snaps shut reliably every time I slide the camera into my bag. The auto mechanism is quick and quiet, so I never fumble with a manual cap.

Mia ★★★★★

I was worried an auto cap would feel flimsy, but this one snaps shut with a reassuring click every time. The way it opens as the camera powers up is seamless, and it’s been perfect for protecting the lens while it sits in my bag between shots.
