The 20mm f/3.5 Nikkor UD Non-AI was Nikon's first SLR compatible ultra-wide angle lens and was popular with photojournalists. Production ran from 1968 to 1974. This is a large, well-known ultra-wide lens known for even light distribution across the image area. Capable of focusing down to 12", the Nikkor 20mm f/3.5 offers dramatic perspectives in close-ups or the impression of vast expanses in scenic photography.

This is a Non-AI lens and will not work properly on later Nikon bodies that require AI lenses for meter coupling. It is very suitable for Nikon F and F2 cameras (not the F2A or F2AS) and most Nikkormats.

The classic Nikon super-wide angle lens

Very appropriate for Nikon F, early F2's and most Nikkormats

The filter included was a nice bonus, but the real star is the build—this old lens feels solid in the hand. I’ve been using it for landscape shots and the wide 20mm field of view is exactly what I needed.

Sofia ★★★★★

I was surprised by how sharp this old Nikkor is in the center, even wide open. The included skylight filter was a nice bonus since the lens body shows the expected wear for its age. It handles flare better than I expected for a 70s-era ultra-wide.

The 72mm filter thread is a bit unusual, but the included Skylight 1B filter was a nice bonus and fits perfectly. Despite the worn finish, the glass is flawless and the focus ring turns smoothly, which is what really matters for a lens this old. I've shot a few rolls already and the ultra-wide persp
