Hannah O. ★★★★★

It snaps on with a clean, firm click and fits my 17-40mm just as snugly as the original, so no more swapping between primes. The plastic feels solid enough for daily use, and it tucks neatly into my bag without rattling. For a backup hood at this price, it’s a no-brainer.

Jacob ★★★★★

I've been using this as a spare for my 18-135mm and it locks on firmly, blocking stray light just like the original. The plastic feels durable enough for everyday carry, and it's much cheaper than Canon's version.

Eva ★★★★★

I was skeptical a third-party hood would fit as well as the original, but the bayonet mount clicks on just as tight. The plastic feels slightly lighter, though honestly that's not a downside when I'm carrying it around all day.
