I’ve been using it for two weeks now, and the 22 lb load capacity is overkill for my gear but reassuring. The ball head locks down tight with zero drift, and the whole kit folds to just 12.5 inches, which slides into my backpack’s side pocket without a fight.

Was a bit skeptical about the carbon fiber holding up with my heavy camera gear, but the 22 lb load capacity gives plenty of margin. The whole kit including the ball head and bag comes in at just 2.7 lbs, which makes it incredibly easy to toss in my backpack for hikes.

The folded length makes this tripod incredibly easy to pack into my carry-on, and the included ball head is surprisingly smooth for the price. I've set it up on uneven ground and it stayed rock solid with my mirrorless setup. Definitely a huge upgrade from the bulky one I was lugging around.
