Finally got around to testing it with my 3400K photofloods and the color cast is gone—skin tones look properly daylight-balanced without any weird magenta drift. The glass feels solid and the threads screwed on smooth, no binding.

Shooting product shots under 3400K halogens has always meant wrestling with a warm cast, but this glass filter nails the conversion to daylight without any color shift in the highlights. The multi-coating is clearly doing its job—no flare or ghosting even with the lamp right at the lens edge.

I was skeptical about how much difference a filter could make, but this lens really cuts down that harsh orange glow from my work lights. The glass feels solid and the 52mm threading screwed on perfectly. Now my shots look natural without any color shift I'd have to fix later.
