此 FUJIFILM X-T3 無反光鏡相機， VG-XT3 垂直電池握把 有助於在垂直方向拍攝，並可容納兩顆額外的 NP-W126S 充電式鋰離子電池，延長拍攝時間。隨附的 AC-9VS 交流電變壓器也可用於為握把中的兩顆電池充電，充電時間約為兩小時。

在物理設計方面，延伸的形狀包含輔助快門釋放按鈕、對焦撥桿、AE-L 按鈕、AF-L 按鈕、前後指令轉盤、Q 按鈕以及 Fn 按鈕，以模擬相機本身的佈局，實現直覺操作。此外，握把也具備與相機機身同等級的防水、防塵與防凍性能，確保在惡劣環境下仍能正常運作。
